Sacking managers who don't meet the expectations and deliver results is one thing , But sacking them for illogical reasons like managers wanting to have more say in squad decisions , training and transfer signings is an entirely different matter, and one that raises serious questions about the club's stability.

And Most of Chelsea fans appear content with this cycle of managerial changes — this is where the
Sacking Culture was born

Big-name and Proven managers such as Tuchel, Pochettino, and Maresca reportedly fell out with the club's ownership , which raises the question if they couldn't cooperate with these owners, which other big-name managers would be willing to take charge eh ?? This remains a major block for any top manager considering Chelsea - unless, of course, the big bags are too hard to resist 💵💵 Chelsea need a manager who can handle the player personalities, get the club competing for trophies and change the toxic culture around the club . Managers currently linked with chelsea - Andoni Iraola - Good choice + PL proven (linked with man united job as well) Xabi alonso - not sure if he wants to work under dominant ownership after madrid job Cesc fabregas - Good choice , if they're willing to give him some time Oliver glasner - a bit of risk worth taking + PL proven if given a good squad (which chelsea have) Marco silva - not suitable , too much of a risk in our opinion Either way, this Sacking Culture is a Bad look for the club , potentially driving top managers away and making Chelsea an unattractive proposition . Chelsea need to have some stability under a manager and start competing again Let's see how it unfolds ....
