No doubt 50m is an overpay for noni , 32 -35m would've been value for money deal

He's generating XG but Massively Underperforming it (i.e not converting it into goals ) says about his Finishing quality

Expected Assists XA is very Low and he's Underperforming it as well via assists

 very Low on Shot creating Actions (Creativity via passing or dribbling leading to shots)

   So For a Winger he's Not Finishing well nor Assisting well yet...

Arteta has to work on noni here , which for a 50m player a coach shouldn't really work on that much

But again he's 23 and Acc.to reports Arsenal staff have seen some potential in him it seems ..
